Brittany
My name is Brittany Daulton, and I am a certified Barre instructor. You can find me at the evening BarreSweat classes on Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:30 pm. Prior to becoming a Barre instructor, I was a student of Barre for five years. I love how Barre exhausts your whole body in one workout and I love encouraging my clients to embrace the shake!
I am a native of Somerset, and recently moved back home. During the day I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Campbellsville University-Somerset as well as the Director of Evaluation for the Indiana University Interprofessional Practice and Education Center. Being a fitness instructor has allowed me to bring my love of teaching outside the traditional classroom and I absolutely love every minute of every class! I love to see my clients surprising themselves during class, as they begin to get stronger. The look on their faces when they hold a plank a little longer, or sit in chair position for a few extra seconds is indescribable. I am always so encouraged by my clients and the community we have at Method continuously challenges me to be the best version of myself.
When I’m not working or at the gym, you can find me spending most of my time with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Millie. I also love to play golf, travel, and am an avid sports fan who loves cheering on my favorite teams.

Stephanie
Hi! I’m Stephanie - a native of Southern KY. My husband, Ben, and I relocated to Somerset in 2013. We have two amazing adventurous boys. I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2005 and then worked in Human Resources. In the past five years I have dealt with uncommon health issues that made me reflect on my exercise regime. After having my medical issues resolved I was finally able to focus on being in control of my fitness. I have a found a passion for physical conditioning and thrilled to share this with others. I believe life is a true gift and we should treat every day as that - with as much laughter/humor as we can. There are two things constant in life - good times and laughs provided by yours truly.

Bethany
My name is Bethany Dills and I’ve been married to my best friend, Ryan, for almost 4 years! We have one fur baby, Weenie. When I’m not at Method you can find me in the salon, snuggled up with my dog, hiking, or reading a book.
I started coming to Method last year, with immediate changes noticed in my physical strength, mental health, and confidence. It quickly became my “happy place”. Becoming a Barre instructor has allowed me to empower women outside of the salon and engage positively with those from all walks of life.

Jessica
My name is Jessica Petitt. I grew up and still reside in the small community of Shopville. I am married to Justin my high school sweetheart, and we have one daughter Leighton.
I started exercising while I was in high school but never really enjoyed it. While I was in college I started to find things I loved about exercising and which things I preferred to do. I really loved spin, the way you feel at the end of a good ride, nothing can beat it! I discovered barre when my daughter was in preschool, I had let my exercise regime fall to the way side, as most of us do when we have younger children. Barre was fun, different, and I watched my body change, with such small weights and movements , and I was hooked. After that I found Pilates, I had done mat Pilates before and always had enjoyed it but had never experienced it on a reformer. Can I say game changer?!?! It’s magical, for your whole body, mind, and spirit.
I came to Method when they first opened and have been there since. The instructors, the facility, the aura, it’s really just a place you want to be! When I had the chance to train to be an instructor, I knew I had to take it. Method is almost like a therapy session, you need to wind down, come take a Pilates stretch class, you need to sweat out all the stress from the work day, come do a spin class, you just want to feel good and like you have accomplished something, come to Method, they truly have it all!!! I am so glad I get to share my love for Method and exercise with everyone now!!!!!

Michelle C.
My name is Michelle Cooper. I am married to my best friend and we have 2 wonderful daughters. I consider my cat and dog my babies too. 😜
I’ve been working out since I was a teenager. At a young age I realized how much it helped me cope with life’s challenges. Now that I struggle with health challenges it is even more important that I continue to move my body and stay accountable at Method.
I’ve worked in multiple gyms, but had never found a place quite like Method. I’m excited to be a part of the team and be able to teach others how to take care of their bodies for themselves, their future and their families. I look forward to working out with you!

Michelle M.
My name is Michelle Morrow. I am originally from Eastern KY, but have called this area home for the last eighteen years. My husband, Larry, and I live in Burnside with five of our seven children, four dogs, and one crazy cat. We also have two beautiful granddaughters and one handsome grandson that add to the joy and chaos. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family, and, when time allows, relaxing with a good book. I also enjoy running….most of the time.
My love of barre started over eight years ago when I took my first class at the former YMCA; I was immediately hooked! Unfortunately, my classes there ended and there weren’t any other barre classes being offered locally. When Method opened, not only was I grateful to be back at the barre, but it also didn’t take me long to realize that Method was going to be far more to me than just barre classes. Having worked as a registered nurse in a cardiovascular ICU for over fifteen years and seeing firsthand the impact that one’s physical and mental health has on their total body wellness had made me increasingly passionate about being in control of my own health. Method was the perfect place for that. I jumped into taking various group and Pilates classes, started sitting in the sauna, and began using the supplements, drink mixes, etc that were available in house. I gained strength, endurance, flexibility, increased mental clarity, and healthier eating habits. Most importantly I have gained life long friends, a deeper mind/body connection, and a healthy relationship with myself. As an instructor my hope is to provide all of this and more to both existing and future clients. I am beyond excited to be a part of this amazing team! Come let me help you find your Method!!!

Trista
My name is Trista Gibson and I’ve been married to my husband, Cody, for 5 years. We have 1 wild but very charming 3 year old, Jonah Delynn, and 3 fur babies. When we aren’t at our day jobs we love traveling, camping, spending time with friends and family and all things Kentucky Wildcats! I have always tried to prioritize my health and made fitness and the gym a priority but after having my son my needs changed along with my body and my schedule. Enter Method Sweat Studio. I started attending group classes not long after they opened their doors and instantly fell in love. So much so that I started attending 530am classes for the first time in my life! From group classes, Pilates, Private sessions with Michelle to work on my DR and other post partum challenges to being an Ambassador, I’ve done it all! Method quickly became my home away from home and a place for “me” time. Becoming an instructor and helping others the same way it helped me was the natural next step and I’m so excited to officially be a part of the team!

StephenieAnne
My name is StephenieAnne Richardson and I’m a yoga teacher. I am dual certified in 200-hours of Hatha and Vinyasa styles, and a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. My personal practice began in 2010 as a way to get to know myself better, to connect to my spiritual Self, and to relieve my depression and anxiety. In 2018, I trained at Root Yoga in Oxford, Ohio, where my teaching journey began, and sparked a deep passion for sharing the practice with others.
Teaching studio classes eventually led to private clients and one-on-one sessions, workplace yoga, and a variety of events. I’ve had the pleasure of leading practices for university-level athletes/sports teams, couples/partners, and work families/teams. I’ve also worked one-on-one with seniors and individuals with chronic diseases & conditions, such as arthritis, dementia, and cancer. My oldest client was 94 years young! She was a great inspiration.
Not only am I a yoga teacher, but I’m also a Clinical Nutritionist and Gardener. I have a BA in Botany with minors in Horticulture and Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. I went on to earn a MS in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona.
When I’m not teaching yoga, I’m working with clients designing Personalized Nutrition and Wellness Plans, as a Gardener tending to flower gardens and small landscapes for clients, and at the University of Cincinnati as Adjunct Faculty in the Horticulture Department. You’ll also find me volunteering with the Lake Cumberland Master Gardeners Association, getting creative with food in my kitchen, and having fun dancing through life with my partner of 14 years, Tschetan.
I have a passion for guiding others along their personal self-healing journey by weaving together the beautiful details of plants, yoga, and nutrition. I believe that plants speak to us in ways of the universe, yoga helps us find our home, and the foods we eat are intended to heal us not harm us. I aim to teach my students and clients the skills and techniques to prioritize self-care and find continued growth throughout their entire life.

Rebecca
