  • Pilates Refom

    Using the Allegro 2 reformer, we focus on the classical Pilates method to improve your mind-body connection that will help you feel each movement comes from your core. You will lengthen and tone muscles, gain strength, improve posture, circulation, balance and coordination. You will move better and feel better!

  • Pilates Sweat

    Pilates SWEAT is a high intensity, athletic reformer class that will strengthen and tone your entire body. Using the Allegro 2 reformer, jump board, resistance bands, balls, boxes and other props as you transition quickly from one exercise to the next, you'll get your heart pumping and be dripping in sweat! We keep the lights dim and the music loud!

  • Pilates Circuit

    This class takes your Pilates practice to the next level! We do our traditional warm up and cool down on the reformers. In between, each reformer is set up as a station that we rotate through for 45 seconds with a few second break to transition to the next station. We go through 3 full rounds! Your muscles will be worked until they are completely fatigued, allowing you to get your heart pumping! Come prepared to SWEAT!

  • Pilates Stretch

    This class combines flexibility and stretching with the benefits of Pilates exercises that open the hips, low back and shoulders. Therapeutic and elongating stretches that not only improve your flexibility, but also help prevent injury, relieve stress and improve your practice. Pilates STRETCH is a great addition to your normal exercise routine or when your body just needs a little break. Come stretch it out and show your body the love it deserves!

  • Men's Pilates

    Men’s Reformer classes will increase your core and bone strength, improve flexibility, posture and balance. Which in turn will improve sports performance and reduce the risk of injury. Pilates requires a special mindbody connection that will increase cognitive function, motivation and focus!

  • Actively Aging Pilates Reformer

    This class will develop exactly what actively aging adults need, strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, improve balance, and gait increase bone density and reduce the risk of injury. We focus on functional movements that are crucial to be able to live a long, active life. Our class motto is “if you don’t use it, you will lose it.” Many of the exercises are performed sitting or lying down on the reformer. We also do mat work as well as standing compound exercises using light hand weights.
