Jessica Petitt
Pilates instructor Jessica grew up and still residents in the Pulaski County community of Shopville. She has grown to love several forms of physical fitness as an adult — first with spin classes, then Barre, and then Pilates. While she’d always participated in mat Pilates, she had not used a reformer until visiting Method, a place she loves for its instructors, facility and aura. The reformer was a game-changer for Jessica, and when she had the opportunity to train to be an instructor, she knew she had to take it. She enjoys being able to share the studio and her love of exercise with so many others.

Michelle Morrow

Working in that capacity, she saw firsthand the impact that one’s physical and mental health has on their total body wellness, and she became increasingly passionate about being in control of her own.
Michelle’s love of Barre started with her first class eight years ago at the YMCA. When that class was discontinued, she was happy to find a new home at Method, where she enjoys the holistic approach to wellness. In addition to taking group and Pilates classes, she started using the sauna, supplements, and drink mixes that were available in-house. She gained strength, endurance, flexibility, mental clarity, and healthier eating habits. Most importantly, she has gained life-long friends, a deeper mind/body connection, and a healthy relationship with herself. You can find Michelle at the Barre and teaching Pilates reformer classes.
