Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit. We offer a variety of group reformer classes for men and women of all ages in our studio, which features 8 Allegro 2 reformers. We also offer private, one-on-one sessions for those dealing with an injury or who are new to the practice.
Pilates classes include: Pilates Reform, Pilates Sweat (advanced), Pilates Circuit, Pilates Stretch, Pilates Focus, Men’s Pilates and Actively Aging Pilates Reformer.

Personal trainers are a fantastic addition to anyone's health and fitness regime. They take the thinking out of your training session, provide ongoing motivation and direction, and continue to work with you well after your training session is over! Our studio has two certified personal trainers.
Enjoy our weight room, which includes some of the best equipment with a clean, fresh feeling to continue building strong and healthy bodies.

Massage is a type of bodywork practice where a licensed therapist will use a series of manual techniques and manipulations to alleviate muscle tension and pain. Massage also promotes proper blood flow, lymphatic circulation and drainage which are essential to help the body recover especially after an awesome workout!
